Disposable Plastic Regulation
Effective 1 January 2025, hotel room rates will be subject to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax under the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348) which will automatically apply to guest stay from 1 January 2025 onwards.
